Buyer
We are seeking a new Buyer to join our Procurement team.
The team manage supplier relationships across the world and oversee
over £6m of supplier spend each year, working to a framework of
value, innovation and quality, all governed by the kind of
stringent ethical and environmental standards you'd expect our
international blue-chip clients to demand.
Within this role you will be working as part of a purchasing
team to produce client satisfaction and the procurement strategy to
the standards. You will be expected to bring innovative and
creative ideas to the client base and valuable purchasing skills.
The role requires the candidate to effectively work within a team,
although you will report into the Head of Procurement. While
we welcome applications from all corners of the procurement
profession, knowledge of LCC sourcing and importing is preferred
and experience of marketing POS materials would be seen as an
advantage. Holding part or full CIPS qualification would also
be preferable although candidates with relevant experience will be
considered.
Team Leader
An opportunity has arisen within our Operations Department, for
a Team Leader. Reporting to a Section Manager, you will be
responsible for the day to day running of one of our operational
departments; Inbound, Despatch or Kit Packing. You will also ensure
that daily KPIs are met within the department, achieving through
people management and operational understanding. The hours of
work are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility
outside of these to accommodate business needs.
Key responsibilities of this role will be assisting in the day
to day management of the team, liasing with our internal Client
Service Managers in relation to Client needs and requests,
including incoming stock receipts. Plan labour versus planned
activity, including liaising within external recruitment agencies
in order to meet these requirements. Deal with day to day
queries and escalate these at the relevant point. There will
be an opportunity to develop within the operations department for
the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be a motivated individual, who
thrives as part of a team, but can also work independently.
You must posses a 'can do' attitude and have previous people
management experience in a similar environment. The ability
to work in a fast paced, pressured environment is essential.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills are key aspects
to success in this role.
Client Service Manager
As part of this continued growth, we are seeking a Client
Service Manager within our Client Service Department, reporting to
the Client Service Controller. You will be working directly with
our blue chip Clients.
Daily the role involves working to meet and exceed our Clients
requirements and expectations, you will be required to report post
activity evaluation including activation and performance against
the set SLA. You will need to be a strong communicator, you must be
able to communicate with the Client and Account Directors on a
daily basis.You must be computer literate with all Microsoft
packages to a proficient level. Previous customer service
experience is essential to this role and knowledge of account
managing would be seen as an advantage.

Network Administrator
An opportunity has arisen within our IT Department, for a
Network Administrator. Reporting to the Head of IT working in a
team of 3 operational IT support, you will work directly with
internal managers and departments, managing the IT infrastructure
of Networks, Servers and PC's & ensure exceptional levels of
service across all of our 3 sites. The IT department is at the
heart of our business and innovation and flexibility is encouraged.
The hours of work are 37.5, Monday to Friday, with flexibility
outside of these to accommodate business needs. Key
responsibilities of this role will be to maintain backup, disaster
recovery and business continuity of systems & to manage
information security though firewalls, virus protection &
network policies. This will lead to using technologies such as
Citrix, VMWare, Exchange, Cisco and SQL Server support.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual,
who thrives as part of a team, but can also work
independently. You must posses a 'can do' attitude and work
to exceed our Clients and internal users expectations. The
ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment is
essential. Excellent organisational skills are key aspects to
success in this role, as is absolute confidentiality.
